نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت وبأفضل جودة. نرجو قراءة سياسة الشحن بعناية قبل تأكيد الطلب
:📦 رسوم الشحن
  يُشترط دفع رسوم الشحن مقدمًا لتأكيد أي طلب لجميع المحافظات باستثناء القاهرة والجيزة
•    في القاهرة والجيزة، يُسمح بالدفع عند الاستلام
:🚚 مدة التوصيل
 يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب الموقع الجغرافي
🚫 سياسة إرجاع الطلب
   في حال قام العميل بتأجيل الاستلام لأكثر من 24 ساعة بعد تواصل مندوب الشحن، يتم إرجاع الطلب تلقائيًا، وسيتطلب إعادة الشحن دفع رسوم إضافية

  يُرجى التأكد من صحة رقم الهاتف وإمكانية الرد على مندوب التوصيل
   قد تتأثر مواعيد التوصيل خلال العطلات أو فترات العروض بسبب الضغط

•    Shipping fees are required in advance to confirm any order for all governorates except Cairo and Giza.
•    For Cairo and Giza, payment on delivery is accepted.
🚚 Delivery Time:
•    Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
🚫 Order Return Policy:
•    If the customer delays receiving the order for more than 24 hours after the courier contacts them, the order will be automatically returned, and re-shipping will require an additional fee.
📌 Important Notes:
•    Please ensure your phone number is correct and that you're available to answer calls from the courier.
•    Delivery times may vary during holidays or sales due to high demand.
